Has worked for decades at the intersection of leadership and diversity & inclusion. Co-author of 'Op Glad IJs' and 'Waarderend Organiseren'.

Specialises in team and individual development. Conversation facilitator and member of complaints committees on inappropriate behaviour.
Rutger Legeland

NOBTRA-accredited trainer and LVV-registered confidential adviser. Works at the intersection of social safety and inclusive decision-making.
Caroline Pickard
